I've been taking my vehicle to Everett Chevrolet for 5 years now. Mostly preventative maintenance. My experiences have been mostly positive and my issues with my vehicle have always been very simple. I was prompted to write a review this time for two issues that seemed a bit subpar. First, I applied for the GM branded credit card based on an email I received from the dealership. I figured it wouldn't hurt to use their branded card to earn a few more points. So on my latest visit I planned on using this new credit card for the first time. My bill was roughly $1000.00. Come to find out they charge and additional 3% if a person uses a credit card. I get that this is a thing but if you are gonna market you branded card you should make it clear that it will cost an additional 3% if you use it at their dealership. Second, when I picked up my vehicle and went to start it the vehicle cranked without turning over for about 30 seconds. Never has it done that before. I asked the service advisor, Jordan, if any of the work done would cause that. He said no and it could be some other electrical problem. Hmmm, I thought, very interesting that this happened while still in their parking lot after they worked on it. There was no offer to put a code reader on it to see if it threw a code, something AutoZone will do for free. So I drove home wondering what happened to cause that and worried it may happen again. Again, nothing remarkable about a dealership service center, but I left feeling less of a valued customer.

Cheryl & Tim made us feel like family. Of course, this was our 3rd visit in 6 months for repairs to 3 different vehicles. (For the reader: we were not at fault with any of the accidents). Cheryl is the Point Person out of the gate. She knows her stuff! Tim was our POC as the repairs took place. We were well informed (via text messages/website).
