Brought my vehicle in for routine oil change. First time bringing my vehicle in so it took a bit to get through the entire diagnostics. Everette was very though & I could walk through their process & choose in real time weather I wanted the item specific to be worked on on the spot or wait till later. After comparing costs with other facilities they had the best costs. I had to choose to have the work preformed at a later date due to time constraints. Everette will be the choice provider to maintain all of my vehicles. Props to Ashley and the other inservice crew (I apologize I did get the other ladies names.) they were very responsive to my questions & moved the check-in process accurately & with ease. Everette has a great hospitality waiting area while you wait. No, I didn’t get paid for this review. This was my real experience & I appreciate their service because these days that’s very rare.
