Kristopher Horan is the service consultant for Everett truck center in Hickory. He goes above and beyond his job title to take care of his customers. I have had the pleasure of having Mr Horan handle my truck repairs and service needs for many years and he always makes sure the job gets done correctly. Recently I had to bring my truck in for a check engine light that came on after a prior repair. Mr Horan kept my truck for an additional week to test drive my truck under multiple conditions to make sure the issue was resolved before returning it to me. I was updated daily on everything that was being checked out and done to my truck while it was in the shop (sometimes after business hours). I hope this review finds its way to HR and he gets a generous raise because he deserves it. I have had my share of issues with Everett Chevy over the years but the top notch service that I receive each time my truck needs something at Everett truck center and Mr Horan is overseeing the job keeps me coming back. Thank you very much for treating me like a valued customer.
