My husband and I recently returned to Everett GMC to purchase our second vehicle from the dealership. We had such a wonderful experience with our first vehicle, which we purchased in 2017, that we knew we wanted to come back. This time, we were fortunate enough to work with Lauren Muller, and she made the entire experience truly enjoyable. Lauren was incredibly patient as we looked around and took the time to really listen to what we wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and went above and beyond to locate the perfect vehicle for us off-site and have it brought to Everett so we could see it in person. Throughout the entire buying process, Lauren was always available to answer our questions and never made us feel rushed or pressured. After our purchase, she even scheduled a time to go over all the “bells and whistles” of our new vehicle and make sure we felt comfortable with everything. What impressed us most is that Lauren’s excellent customer service didn’t end when we drove away. She has checked in with us several times since our purchase just to make sure we are still loving our vehicle. That kind of personal attention and genuine care is hard to find! It's one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I appreciated all the technology used. The video review of anything that needs work is fantastic! I dont know why everyone doesn't do this. I was given lots of information, all digital and on paper to review at home. There was no high pressure sales. What i think stuck with me the most is how they treated and spoke to each other. They were great to customers but there was kindness and respect among each other that I really appreciate. I think this is a model dealership and I look forward to continue bringing my vehicles here.

My first vehicle I have ever purchased outside of Facebook Marketplace, absolutely not disappointed. My Salesman Dustin was the absolute man, made the process very quick and painless. Stephen in the finance department knows his stuff, he was able to get me right where I wanted to be and both gentleman saw me leave the lot in a truck I never thought I’d be able to get myself into.

Every aspect of the experience was first class Steve Snyder and staff went out of their way to find me the truck I was wanting. The only issue was the prep job on the interior, windows, dash and door panels were not cleaned to my satisfaction but I'm persnickity that way.
